This study is devoted to the evaluation of the patrimonial and natural values of forest's progressives or regressives successions of the suberries in the mediterranean region. Two cases are analysed : the first one is the progressive dynamic where the old forest parctise are realeased , the second is represented by the more and more regressive dynamic with the continuation of human's pressures. The two dynamics are observed in view to point out the responsibles factors and to get appropriates methods of ecological values estimation.
