Research-development based on the definition of sustainability objectives wich correspond to indicators and norms. The research is carried out in pilot-farms. The evolution of the indicators is monitored through a processs of improvement of the production system. Each year, on the basis of a report, new modifications of the system are made until the initial objectives are reached.These objectives deal with income improvement, soil fertility conservation, protection of water quality and biodiversity conservation.
