In a multidisciplinary enrivonment a global area covering monitoring and a detailed transect monitoring is performed, following sedimentation and erosion processes, soil characteristics, topography, ground water quality and fluctuations, flora and vegetation, terrestrial arthropod fauna, avifauna and sub- and intertidal macrobenthos. All will be integrated in an ecocyqtem approach.
