The project aims at enhancing our understanding of the relation between soil organic matter contents and soil structure through modular programming techniques. This will improve current predictions of soil organic matter dynamics and how they are controlled by disturbing processes such as increasing atmospheric CO2 levels, temperature, crop rotation and tillage.
