Abstract
The project will contribute to the knowledge of the ecological interactions in integrated rice-fish systems (1) writing about 5 SCI-publications on nitrient flow, the importance of the rice field in the fish feed uptake, plankton interactions in the rice-fish system,... and (2) developing system dynamic models (spatial distribution of fish, rice pest-control, yield) and static models (Trophic interactions via ECOPAH) of the rice-fish ecosystem.
