Production of organic milk concerns almost half of the organic farms in the Walloon Region. From 1998 to 2000, the production and the demand have increased. Since 2002, one can observe a drop of the demand of organic dairy products. This evolution causes increasing problems of commercialization to the concerned producers. The study aim to establish and analyse the supply chain (quantities, flows, functioning). On the basis of this description and of examples taken from other regions, the study aim to find solutions to revitalyze the supply chain and to stimulate the market. The study also estimates the efficiency of this solutions.
