Abstract
Several kinds of specific quality foodstuffs do exist in Wallonia : Walloon Label of Quality, Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), private marks... The aim of the study consists of establishing an inventory of the existing supply chains. Among those three will form the subject of microeconomic analysis. A comparison will be done with some French experiences.
