Abstract
The project frames within the Scientific and Technical Cooperation with China (Bilateral Actions of DWTC). Bioactive Streptomyces strains isolated from Chinese soils will be characterized and identified using a polyphasic taxonomic approach by the application of the following techniques : SDS-PAGE of proteins, ARDRA, rDNA-sequencing, DNA/dna hybridisations and phenotypic analysis.
