Abstract

Regeneration of cork oak (Quercus suber L.) in the Mâamora forest (Rabat, Marocco) is quite difficult to obtain. The objectives of this research are to understand the main factors affecting regeneration success from both planting and direct seeding, taking into account site and human components. Based on this information, appropriate techniques and management guidelines will be proposed and disseminated.
