The research consits in: (i) proposing a prospective vision of society demands for goods and services produced by the forest; (ii) ensuring a scientific tracking (concept, method and tools); (iii) proposing the improvements or adaptations of the existing concepts and methods; (iv) answering the requests of the regional forest service (Département de la Nature et des Forêts) for improvement or refinement of the components of the existing information system, linked to forest planning.
