Abstract
A palaeontological study of ostracods from outcrops in Lutetian
and Ledian deposits in central Belgium. In this project the
taxonomy of West-European Tertiary and especially Eocene
ostracods will be studied. The palaeoecological parameters and
the distribution through time will be analysed and evaluated.
The comparison of faunas from other basins will allow a wider
palaeozoogeographical interpretation.
