Abstract

This research deals with the development of scientifically sound techniques for species selection and their proportion, sowing rate and date best adapted to each site for plant diversity restoration of grasslands. These grasslands will not always be related to agricultural production but to nature conservation, agri-environmental schemes, revegetation of roads-sides, gardening,... A ready-to-apply product (based on a geotextile) is under development at the laboratory in order to improve seed germination and homogeneity in slope conditions.
