Abstract
Evaluation of several barley accessions from major european genebanks(BCC and others) for their resistance to BYDV (barley yellow dwarf virus) and BaYMV (barley yellow mosaïc virus). Research is performed in the frame of a european project. Resistance to other pests and diseases and also to environmental stresses is evaluated by other partners in the project. Multiplication of accessions and large diffusion of the results are other objectives of the project.
