We investigate how genetic diversity within species in impacted by gene flow, environmental changes, human activities, breeding strategies, etc. Beside gathering and analyzing new molecular markers, we also develop population models that we use in computer simulation studies. This research program generates data which contitutes the basis for an efficient and objective management of natural and cultivated populations.
