Abstract
On the basis of criteria defined by a computer assisted molecular analysis, new antibiotics, directed to a bacterial target still not explored, the D-Ala-D-Ala ligase,will be searched. Also, molecules having a protective effect against aminoglycosides toxicity will be searched. These molecules will screened either from a natural source the Mycotheque of UCL (BCCM/MUCL) or synthesised.
