Abstract
Analysis of the potentialities of very high spatial resolution satellite imagery (SPOT 5, Ikonos and Quickbird) for the forest monitoring and management in Romania, using textural analysis and stereoscopic extraction for a more detailed description of the species composition and the structural development.
