Abstract
Assessment of horizontal gene transfers in confined environments, mainly associated with bacterial pathogenesis or resistance to antibiotics, for their prevention and/or control. A particular emphasis will be brought to inter-gramic transfers (e.g. between Bacillus cereus and gram-negative bacteria).
