This project aims at identifying and characterizing polymorphic microsatellite loci in a cosmopolitan rotifer (Brachionus calyciflorus Pallas). These most discriminant markers of molecular diversity will then be used to evaluate genetic diversity in this species, widespread throughout the Meuse basin.
