Methods will be developed for digital capture of the light-microscopical morphology of individual nematodes prior to DNA extraction and sequencing. This will preserve morphology for verification, identification and deposition as digital referrence material. The aim is to integrate molecular techniques with morphological descriptions, with variability studies and with faunistic and ecological research.
