This project aims to develop a quantitative model to describe the transfer of contaminants through the food chain, starting from farm to primary food (vegatables, cereals, milk, meat, eggs). A module will be coupled allowing (1) the calculation of the contamination of food on the total exposition and (2) the evaluation of the impact and relation to health and economical aspects.
