Abstract
Aim of the project: 1. What is the disturbance of the membrane integrity with respect to metal stress? 2. Can oxidative stress parameters be considered as 'generic' or 'specific' being ascribed to specific metals? 3. In which amount can high ethan amounts have a influence on a transcriptome? The results of this project opens perpectives to further research to investigate specifically the solution of early signal transduction under the influence of metal stress.
