The polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) are a ecological problem due to their persistence in the environment. The physico-chemical treatments are expensive and not always appropriate. This project develops a PCB bioremediation treatment by exploiting the biodegradation potential of both aerobic and anaerobic micro-organisms. This approach consists with an isolation and a characterization of the micro-organisms followed by productions in bioreactor and in situ treatment.
