Many cereal pathogens including about 200 Microdochium nivale, 120 Fusarium avenaceum, 60 Fusarium culmorum, 10 Fusarium graminearum, 5 Fusarium poae, 890 Pseucercosporella herpotrichoides, 150 Rhizoctonia cerealis. More than 100 Typhula incarnata isolates (dikaryotic or monokaryotic) including 20 monokaryotic strains deposited in the open collection of CAB in 1989 and characterized for incompatibility alleles, auxotrophy (pyridoxin)and fcb gene (Cavelier M.,Parasitica, 41, 39-41, 1985). Other pathogens as Phytophthora sp. including the new Phytophthora species found on alnus (10 isolates), soil borne pathogens as Verticillium sp. (about 120 Verticillium dahliae)
