Abstract

The Groupe d'Intérêt pour la Pêche et l'Aquaculture (GIPA) regroups precisely the scientific specialists in the domains of fishery, the biology of fishes and the aquaculture in the Walloon Region. This concerns four universities (Gembloux (FSAGx), Liège (ULG), Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) and Namur (FUNDP)) and two services of the Walloon Region (Service de la Pêche and Centre de Recherche).The Groupe d'Intérêt pour la Pêche et l'Aquaculture (GIPA) joins the expert scientists in the fields of freshwater fisheries, fish biology and aquaculture in the Walloon Region. This involves four universities (Gembloux (FSAGx), Liège (ULG), Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) and Namur (FUNDP)) and two administrations of the Walloon Region (Service de la Pêche and Centre de Recherche de la Nature, des Forêts et du Bois).
