Abstract
Study for the Flemish administration to assess and compare benefits and costs for different scenarios for nature development in the Hemmepolder, near the estuary of the Ijzer. The study focuses on the impact on agriculture and on recreational and amenity values. The guidelines for CBA of the European Frame project were tested.
